About This Course
The Rolling Hills of the Swamp

Emu Swamp Road. 3.2km. 4.6km, 7.5km and 10km
Starting in the car park of Wentworth Mine Park on Emu Swamp Road, Lucknow.
This is just left of the highway.
The run takes you up a sweeping bend on bitumen surface and eventually heads north on a gravel road. It is an out and back course for all distances.
During the run you will appreciate the wonderful views east along the valleys and back west towards Mt, Canobolas.
This run is sure to give you everything including some good gradients on this undulating course
Toilets and refreshments are available at nearby Larder and Home or the Lucknow Service Station.
Please be aware this road may receive low levels of traffic.
Starting at the ORC shed, head east down the path and go over the two bridges. Continue along the path adjacent to Lamrock Avenue. Enter the rear entrance to Elephant Park and continue to head west up towards Woodward Street. Turn left and head back to the start line. Complete 3 laps of the course for approximately 3km in total..
