Must have been the cooler weather – 90 members took on Bargwanna Road last Sunday morning. Achievement medals presented to Michael Halls (25 runs), Mel Bolton (75 runs) and David Asequinolaza (500 runs). Well done to one of our newer members Jeremy Curtin who was the handicap winner today (46:40 in the 10k – good luck Jeremy with the half marathon for the festival).

The Orange Running Festival is now only 2 weeks away.  Registrations are going really well (already over 1000 entrants). Please encourage your family, friends and workmates to enter as well.

Plenty of race options for the whole family – 2km, 5km, 10km, half marathon and marathon.  Register online at the festival website (www.orangerunningfestival.com.au).

We have our next trail run tomorrow morning at 7am (briefing at 6:45am) at Kinross Forest (7km and 11.5km distances).  Our 9am run will be at Lake Canobolas (2.5km lap of the lake with a choice of 1-4 laps).
